Today is Friday, May 16, the first day of "Dress Western Day" in North Platte (this happens every year prior to NebraskaLand Days).
If you're not wearing cowboy duds, I think someone comes to arrest you. They force you to plant flowers. Is this what they mean by "pushing up daisies"?
